For shoes, avoid wearing them in conditions or environments that may cause unnecessary damage. For handbags, avoid overfilling as this can affect their shape and structure.
Please note that normal wear and tear, scuffs, scratches, marks, fading and damage caused by improper use or care are not considered faults.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We carefully inspect and package all orders before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or other reasons unrelated to a fault.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy in accordance.
Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
